The biggest question is what time of day are you weighing yourself??? I always do it in the morning after my first bathroom run!  I make sure not to eat before weighing. Also it could be water weight because of your cycle.  I was told by someone on the board that what we weigh today is what we ate 3 days ago. So if you ate really bad 3 days ago then more than likely it is catching up with you. If you are in a rut with your exercising then that could be it too. You need to change up your routine every once in awhile. I work at a desk job too. I am on my tush for most of the day. I make it a point to get up at least once every 30 minutes to move around. Whether it be walking to the other side of the room or walking all the way in the back of the building. I do something so that I am at least moving.  Also make sure you are getting enough calories in for what you are burning. If you are burning 800 calories and only eating 1200 you are more than likely starving your body and it is holding onto whatever you are eating. Make sure your carbs are low as well. And stay away from the bad stuff. Just some things to think about. It is not what works for everyone but it works for me most of the time. You are doing good. Every once in awhile we gain a pound or two. Mostly it is the woman thing that gets me. We tend to carry water weight more than men do. Suzanne

Ok now do not worry when I was about 4 months out I did the same thing, I gained 2 lbs. and a week or 2 later I lost it. Just try to make sure you are getting everything in and in a little time it will come off again

Hi Sherry,   Are you getting enough protein? Now that you are out there working you should be burning more off. You have to keep up with your bodies needs! If you aren't  getting enough your weight loss will dramtically slow down; and you may even hold fluids. Congrats on doing well.. Take care, Hugs, Judy R
