I'm still on cloud nine. I got my date after a looooong wait with all the "hoops" and insurance "dances." October 25 can't come fast enough!! WOOOOHOOOOOO Time to get that blender.... Deb

I am from kalamazoo and had Dr. Verseman for my lap-band surgery. Everything went fine. I have little or no pain from the surgery on Sept 17. I can now understand why the two weeks of diet before surgery, it gets you used to what it will be like . I think it is a good idea. There are some little problems at Borgess because the procedure is new and not everyone is up to date on it. (Mostly the nurses, etc. in the hospital. By the way, I have a unopened box (16 cartons the size of a juice box) of Impact , the drink you take the week before surgery. It cost me $44 but I will sell it for less. You will need 14 of the drinks. Also I had no problems with the taste, it was like a Wendy's Frosty or something with double chocolate. I heard a lot of people don't like the taste, but it was fine to me. It will be a long month but you know the results will be good. Contact me if you want to buy the Impact. [email protected]
