Does anyone know the reciept for Peanut Butter cookies.  The one with PB, splenda & egg ? Thanks,

I think this is right:

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

servings72 cookies  time to make 20 min 10 min prep Change to:
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup Splenda granular
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 teaspoon baking soda
    1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Mix peanut butter and sugar until creamy.
    3. Beat egg and add baking soda.
    4. Add egg mixture to peanut butter mixture. Mix well.
    5. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet, 2" apart.
    6. Dip a fork in sugar and make a criss-cross pattern on the cookies.
    7. Bake until slightly browned, but still soft to the touch, about 10 minutes.
    8. Let cool on cookie sheet for 2 minutes.
    9. Transfer to wire rac****il cooled.

Thanks Stacey, yes them are the ones,  I did make some but without the baking soda however they were very crumbly. Good but Crumbly.  I also put some sugarfree strawberry jelly on top of each one then baked.  Next time I'll add the soda. Thanks again.........Kathy A.

1 egg 1 c peanut butter 1 1/3 c splenda mix together   bake at 350   not sure how long

Mine are a little different. 1 cup peanut butter 1 cup oatmeal  1 cup Splenda 1 tsp vanilla 1 egg

 

Form into balls and roll in more splenda. flatten with a fork

Bake at 350 degrees approx 6 - 8 minutes.

These are awesome!  I have the nutritional breakdown for these too. 68 calories each 6 grams of fat 3 grams of carbohydrate 3 grams of protein Based on making 16 cookies from this recipe. jenn
