It has been so rough. I'm not going to lie. I am over the food for sure. But I have stuck to everything they said and it payed off today. I went in for my last pre-op appt. with the PA and I am down 16lbs. I about lost it. I was so excited. Since Thurs I lost all that. I have been getting in exactly my protien.. no more.. no less.. all my fluids... no cheating at all.. (I knew if did, it would be a big mistake..no "just one bite" of anything) and i have been walking much more. Just increasing my daily activity has helped a lot. So for everyone starting to on it now or in the future, keep going.. you will make it and it will be soooo worth it. I know I'm ready for the journey to the losers bench.

Congratulations!!!  16 pounds in a week is absolutely amazing!!  You are so right about cheating, I felt the same way. Way to go! Jenn

Thanks! It felt great! I still am in shock and so is my family and friends. I was praying to make it to 10lbs in one week and then i saw the scale and was floored. But I'm ready for this!!!

The pre-op is rough, but after time, I've almost totally forgotten about it.  Enjoy the weight loss and congrats on your success to stick with it!
