AFTER SURGERY

Well, I had my surgery on Monday the 17th and everything went fine.  I was amazed at really how little pain there was.  A couple of days on clear liquids and I can move up to liquids like Slimfast etc. I can't wait till I can get some solid foods.   If any of you are afraid of weight loss surgery, don't be.  They don't tell you about the weeks of modified diet in those TV ads but it was not as bad as I expected.  I have never had internal surgery , like this. but it wasn' too bad.  Just a kind of yucky feeling for 2 days.   GOOD LUCK TO THE REST OF YOU!!

Glad to here things went well for you. You sound like a very optomistic person. That's my outlook as well. I am going into this thing with the mindset that I will be fine and will recover quickly. It is great to hear a positive report rather than negatives. Congrats on the surgery!
