Want some inspiration??

I went to the walk yesterday at Freedom Hill with Dr. S. I B.S.ed around for a while and met some folks from the board ,,,,, all the usual stuff you do at a gathering and just before we started to walk I noticed someone. There was a chick there who was 5 days post op and went on the walk. Now that takes courage. I don't know her namke but there she was- binder and JP drains and all. Very inspiring. Pretty cool. Go drink a glass of water and take a walk. kp

Thanks for sharing that. That is awesome indeed... 5 days post-surgery I was having trouble walking from the dog park to the car, so I can't imagine the guts and determination it took her to do the walk at freedom hill. simply awesome.

I am still waiting on a date and thinking night after night what will be the first thing I do to better me with  weight lose. but  after 5 days I don't know yet everyones body handles this surgery differantly right on, right on for her.  with Gods love Linda
