I feel nausiated
The first week is the worst. After that it gets easier.
What I usually did was a pudding first thing in the morning. When I got to work, instead of my coffee, I would have a cappuchino. About 10:30, I would have a protein bar. For lunch, I would usually do two packets of soup. at my afternnon break (3:45), I would do another pudding (or jello). Then I would do a two point packet for supper and then a pudding or jello for dinner. Another thing I would do - which helped keep me full for longer is mix 1 box of sugar free Jell-0 (that you buy at the grocery store) with 1 packet of the fruit juice and eat the whole thing. That really helped with the hunger between meals. I could do that the first week, but week two - forget that. I would end up just drinking the fruit drink. Good luck - let me know how you come out.
