light headed
It's been a few weeks since I have checked in. We had a house fire and didn't get our computers back for a couple of weeks. About the time we had them back and all hooked up, our new grandbaby was born and I had to make a little trip to Missouri. Grandbabies are just great!!
Here's my problem - for the past few days I have felt a little light-headed and dizzy. I had a letter from Dr. Schram about my 3 month blood work. He said my Iron and B12 was low and that I need to take daily supliments for both.
In the first few weeks after my surgery I would get light headed if I was behind on my water. I have really been trying to get all the water in, so I don't think that is it. However, for the first week or so after the fire everything was pretty out of control, especially my eating and drinking.
Any ideas?
I'm no doctor and it's good you're following up with your blood work. When I was dehydrated I was light headed and woooooozzzy. The doctor told me to increase my water and it helped. Try real hard to get your water and protein in. We are depriving our body already because of the surgery, do all you can to follow the rulz. Again, call your doctor if this doesn't get better. Patti
