48 lbs gone

Hey all, seems like forever since I've checked in!!!!! WHEW..... Soooooo the great news is I'm down 48 ! Here is my ?  Everyone keeps asking me if I feel different? H-mmmmm I feel better YES! However I don't think different.  Honestly I still look in the mirror and see the same me. Am I suppose to see someone different?  I guess I was just wondering if anyone else has gone through this? Thanks  B

Congrats on the 48 pounds gone forever! Good to hear you feel better. I'm still waiting on my surgery but from what I understand it can take longer for your head to catch up with the dropping pounds. Just take it slow and things will come together. Jen

I was just saying the same thing to my sister yesterday.  I've lost about 45 now, but I   told her I don't feel like i've gotten any smaller.  Then we went shopping, and I had to buy a size 16-18 in the pants i bought instead of a 22-24.  it was then i realized there really was a difference.  congrats on all the hard work and enjoy your new you.
