How cute, Carey!!  She's so sweet!  I've been trying to talk Mike into getting a dog for the last year....he loves dogs as much as i do, but he says now that the kids are gone we're hoping to get away more often, and a doggy may tie us down a bit.  Also, our cat is 22 years old and not in the best health, so he thinks it may just be too hard on him to bring in a new pet.  So, we are going to wait.  I'd love a little dog like yours though!  By the way, I did get your last email and thanks for asking about me!  I'm doing pretty good actually and hope to get some of this weight off.  Hope you are feeling well too!   Talk to you soon, Theresa  

Hey there Soul Sista! I know, she is just so cute I love her to death!   You should enjoy a little freedom before you get tied down.  Unless you want to take the dog with you!!   By the way, did you have another treatment done?  How did it go?  Did it help?  I hope so, been thinking about you.

Yes, I had another treatment on August 9th.  It went well, but to be honest, I don't feel that much restriction this time....not much different than prior.  I have to realize that this is not the cure...none of it is.  It's all in how we work the tool.  These type of treatments can "help", but they can't do it on their own.  So, I really have to get down to the business of working it!!  Thanks for asking!  Please keep me in your prayers!  It just seems so hard now.   Hugs, Theresa 

Well I have been thinking of you Theresa.  You definitely are in my prayers.  It always is a constant struggle.  Just go back to making yourself a priority again!  Give yourself the time that you need.
