These Last 15lbs....
OK, so I have reached my personal goal of 185lbs, but my DOC said he would really like to see me stabilize between 170-175. I have been trying everything; I even did an all liquid diet last week. I actually gained 2lbs!! Any suggestions? I'm at a loss...
Because of this, I feel as if I have failed!!

Your body know where it needs to be how can you say you have failed please!! look at your overall loss... You could just be plateaued the last 10 is always the worst and if I listened to my Dr.'s suggestions (same one you have) I would be blown away by the wind. Dr wood wanted me in the 190`s I am 10 lbs lighter than my most recent pic and I am at 224 lbs.. Keep trying but i would not sweat the last few lbs. I look at it as always having a goal to lose 10lbs keeps your mind on your diet , keeps you honest so to speak.. there is no fail in what you have accomplised so far. Lucky... Paul
