When I have been reading the main board there have been several that mentioned getting protein samples, does anyone know where or how to get them?  I have a big container that a friend gave me but wouldn't mind getting my hands on some more just in case this one doen't work.

vitalady.com and bariatriceating.com - I think they both offer samples.  I don't know if you heard it said but your taste really changes after surgery - chocolate and vanilla are good choices - vanilla is more versital as you can add cocoa and crystal lite to make different flavors too.   Good luck, Cindy  :)

Ok here is my two cents worth. Your taste will change just like she said. You can usually get free sample at GNC  and also at many other bariatric supply centers. Look them up in google under free protien powder or free bariatric powder. But what I have found that is great is a non flavored protien powder and then add what you like to it. I use strawberries and bananas, or just bananas or just strawberries. this way you can make what you like and with 8 oz. of skim milk a few ice cubes and the powder and fruit it is like you are eating something your not supposed to eat. Oh ya the Silver Bullet( hope thats the rite piece of equipment haha) blender is great I have one at home and at the office. Good luck and try as many as you can but be aware, you might not like you favorite in a few months. Scott
