Surgery date scheduled!

I got my surgery date!!! It's set up for Tuesday September 18. It's approaching so quick! I start my shake diet on Tuesday and I also attend the bariatric eduation class that day too. So I'm hoping that helps answer some of my questions. If not then I'll meet with my surgeon again to get the answers I want. I just wanted to share. If anyone has any helpful tips or advise...I'm all ears!!!

Hey Jennifer- Dr Chengelis did my surgery too 3 yrs ago!!!!!  He is the best....Inever had to do a shake diet.  Email me with any questons and I will be more then happy to answer them! Know you are in great hands and tell him I said HI!!!!!! SHannon

Congrats on the surgery date!!!  You will learn alot at your education class and hopefully get a notebook with the first part of your diet after you come home.  Your nut will be of great help to you as with asking questions on these boards.  The people that can help you the most are the ones who have "been there".  Read, Read, Read - that's how you learn!!
