Hmm, I wonder if that means that I have been being  sustained with garbage?  LOL  I love my Flintstones.  

according to the three surgeons i know and the nutritionists at the three different hospitals... yes.  but hey, we're all different. i've sustained myself mostly on lattes.  ;-)

keep in mind that the Fred's have the most iron and the bam bams have the most B-12.  You're not taking only the Bam Bam's are you???

vitamin shoppe has a chelated chewable, cheap too.   The flintstones did nothing for me. Linda

Vitamin world brand adult chewable vitamin has chelated minerals in it.  It is pineapple flavored and not too expensive if you catch a buy one get one sale.  There are 100 in a bottle, just go in and ask for a multi with chelated minerals and they will point you right to them.

As far as the GNC stuff goes, as long as you have your reciept, they WILL return the products for you.....even the used stuff (don't know if you knew that or not!)

Stick with your Flintsones!!!  My doctor and my husband's (different doctors) told us to use childrens chewables with iron. Take 2 of them a day and you get as much as you can with any other vitamin.  It can be a lot less expense  if you use a store brand (Just watch your labels for content )).  I bought a WHOLE bunch of 90 count vitamins (WalMarts Brand) for $2.00 a bottle.
