I Have to pay for lapband is there any affordable places in MI?

Hi found out that my insurance company has a direct exclusion clause on wls and it isn't covered.  I want to get the lapband and cheapest I can find is $17500 that is alot of money. Wanted to know how you used and how much you paid and how much it cost monthly if you went that way. Thanks
