Y'all were talking bout lack of sleep and KP...
I remember a few weeks ago there was some discussion about insomnia and I have been having the same problem. Partly because its one of the joys of menopause! The doctor I work for suggested I try talking a Benadryl every night but I'm not big on drugs (cept' Vicadin for surgery of course
) plus it made me feel drugged the next day. Soooo....I went to the Vitamin Shoppe in seach of Melatonin. This is what we produce naturally to help us sleep. (This is where KP comes in, did you know they sell Country Life chewables? So much closer to home especially since I don't work in Royal Oak anymore!)
Anyways the Melatonin seems to be working with no side effects so far. Just thought I would suggest it.

hijack: i take something called Rozerem which is a melatonin uptake inhibitor. It keeps your body from reabsorbing the Melatonin it creates so you effectively have more in your system. It works really well for me and it's not addicting and doesn't cause sleep-eating or any of those other crazy problems common to all the other sleeping pills.

In reference to the Country Life Adult Chewables, I thought I was gonna have to get some. I did a quick search of the internet and found this:

I don't know if the Vitamin Shoppe will match Internet prices or not, but even with shipping, it would be cheaper than going right there.
