Heather update

Sorry this has taken me so long, i've been without internet since monday night.    Heather came through surgery fine.   Shes not in any pain, but is very nauseous.    I was with her last night and she's up and walking without a problem.    Anyone have any tips for her on the nausea?    I didn't go through it.     I was very surprised at what they was giving her.     She had jello with huge slices of peaches in it.     Diluted 1/2 and 1/2 apple juice and cranberry juice with water.    broth which was good, coffee, and four straws.  They had not given her any water or ice.   I made sure to let them know she needed that the most .   

She was supposed to be discharged today and at the hotel, her sister flew in this morning.    She's supposed to call me sometime today to let me know how she's doing.  

I'm on dial up til my cable is fixed, so if i don't reply please don't be offended.

Thanks for keeping with her. I've been bad again and busy with camp. I have not done well this week with the new kids on the block. kp

You're welcome.   I haven't heard from her today, hopefully she's resting.    I'll check on her tomorrow and see if she needs anything.   I hope her nausea is better, she was having a hard time sipping.    If you hear from her let me know. Hopefully the new kids will straighten up for you. Linda
