Four Weeks Out Today

Today is exactly 4 weeks from the date of my surgery. I'm down 45 pounds! 24 pounds were lost in the 3 months leading up to surgery and 21 in the 4 weeks since surgery. I know 21 pounds the first month is nothing in comparison to how much some people lose, but I'm thrilled. Fourty-five pounds gone? How cool is THAT??
