I got my date!!!!!!!!!!

I got my date!!! I just got the call I was approved!!!!  I am a crying mess right now!!! My Pre testing is August 29th and my date *drum roll please*  is Sept. 18th. This brings up all kinds of problems because I am having surgery during the middle of the semester but I am just going to deal with it, I can't take a semester off at this point I am really close t finishing.  I hope that my teachers are really understanding and we can work out some distance learning thing.  I am so excited I just had to run and tell me OH family....

Congrats, Amanda!   Isn't it EXCITING?  I didn't cry but I did squee a LOT when they called me and asked, "When would you like to schedule your surgery?"  I was in such shock I had to ask to be sure.  "Does this mean...I've been approved?"  WOO HOO! I'm dancin' with ya, sister! And hey!  I just realized -- you're a homegirl!  I went to high school in Davison!  My folks still live there!

Thats pretty much what she said to me, shes like "I am calling to schedule your Pre-admission Testing"  Me: "I thought that had to be done after I was approved"  Her: "We got notification you were approved today"  Me: (Starts balling)

Well I did my surgery towards the end of my winter sem. and you know what I only missed one class. I had surgery on a weds. and so I missed my thurs. classes and I was back on tues. I am so happy for you Sept. 18th sounds like a great day.....

My Surgery is 730am, Tuesday September 18th at Hurley Hospital in Down Town Flint.

Woooooooo Hoooooooooo!!! Congrats... I am so excited for you... It won't be long now and you will be on the losers bench.... Best of luck to you with your surgery and your classes...
