Hi all, Well, it has been a week today that I had my surgery and I feel so much better.  Just a few days ago I told my husband "What have I done".  But now things are better.  My hospital stay was a nightmare and I won't go into it but let me just say I am glad that I was alert there because the nurses tried to give me other people's meds and whole large pills to take (just a few of the things that happened).  I don't ever want to go back there again! I got on my scale and I am down 15 pounds already too, so that is great too.  I just want to thank everybody that helped me the last days before my surgery and believe it or not, I was very calm going into the surgery room thinking of all your good wishes. Hi Susan,  I'm glad to hear you're home and feeling good.   The first two months are the hardest, it's a whole new life for you to get used to.   15 pounds is great!    Let us know if you need any help. Linda

Glad to hear you are home and doing well.... Those first few days are rough... I think those feeling of "What have I done" are very normal and do fade.... although 9 months out and I do still have my days... LOL....  It does get easier though and you do feel more "normal" as each day passes... Welcome to the losers bench and congrats on your 15 pounds....
