Surgery is tomorrow.....
Best Wishes and Speedy recovery Britt,
If you were not nervous that would be abnormal! Just think of it as your rebirth to a healthier you! I am six months post op; I have been healthier than I have in years.. So glad I did this for myself, and my family! Wife, mom, and grammy doing more than I have done in years. My vacation went tubing down the river. I am sooo happy to say no more C-pap machine, no more B.P. meds, no more diabetes meds. Thank God for the skills of the surgeons; and support of family! Welcome to the loser's bench. Get some easy protein for when you come home. GNC has premixed can 50 grand slam (not bad taste); I drink half at a time adding some lowfat milk. Keep us posted. Take care, Sincerely, Judy R
Britt,
It's all going to be ok! We were all nervous, and we all came through it ok. You did a great job with the pre op stuff, so just keep up the good work.
Hey, you never updated us on the bf situation.....is he still around? Is he going to help take care of you after the surgery?
It's like that kids story about the little red hen....if he doesn't help you after surgery, then he doesn't get to enjoy the benefits after, if you know what I mean
Good Luck tomorrow, and please post when you get home so we know you're ok!
