Scale has not moved in weeks
I had to smile when I saw your post. I posted the very same thing yesterday. Look at the post that says "Very Concerned". I hope the comments everyone was so gracious to leave me help you.
I am sorry to hear that about the scale. From the posts it sounds normal for this to happen to our bodies. I'm only 4 weeks out and the same has happened to me.

Don't worry!! apparently the loss slows down around this time just keep on doing what your doing!! youa re doing amazzing!! don't be discouraged there has been weeks that I stay the same and then suddenly one day I am down 3 pounds. so its all good. Crystal your down 64 pounds in 4 months Hello!!! thats incrdible its something none of us could have said 4 months ago...LOL so relax it will come off. try to write down what your eating and how much of the protein your getting ina nd water and then examine it and if your not sure call Mary at the clinic.

Crystal, yes it's normal. Start taking your measurements. I bet your body is now catching up to the weight loss or the other way around. The 4 month one seems to be the longest but one day you'll step on the scale and be down 5 more pounds and you'll say, hmmm where did that go to. Relax, you're doing everything right.
