OMG...the energy

I'm sooo happy!

I can't believe the energy I have.  Still 12 more days till I see the doctor to be released for work.  I'm never home!!!  In the morning, I walk a 1.4 mile trail at the park.  I go home for a bit (do dishes, vacuum, or laundry) and then I'm off again.  Either visiting someone and we walk their neighborhood or just to walk the mall and browse.  Then when my sister gets home, we take her dog to the park and I walk another mile.  The other day, my hubby and I went for a bike ride...last time I was on a bike...was almost 20 years ago.  He didn't think I could make it...guess who beat who home.  I WON!! I WON!!!

Everyone is noticing that my tummy is getting smaller and that my butt is too.  I'M SO HAPPY!!!!!!!

Just wanted to share with you all.   Have a great weekend!  There is a huge garage sale in my neighborhood (something like 12 streets, and 6 blocks deep) so I will be up and walking early.  Talk to you all later!

Hi Laura Isn't it amazing how wonderful things are now and the more you take off the more energy you have.  I have basically sat around for over 30 years and now I have a new world opening for me and your going to experience so many different and new things that maybe you haven't been able to do in years. Good luck, keep up the good work. Kathy A.
