Surgery in 4 days...

yeah im having surgery in 4 days. im excited.. and nervous... still fasting... i found a really good protein drink at GNC you can mix it with water or milk. but i drink it with 1/2% soy chocolate milk and it's awesome!!!!! wish me luck!

May you have an easy & speedy recovery too.  I too like a GNC protein drink; it is premix can called 50 grand slam; I drink half at one time adding some milk to it to thin it out some. Good flavors too. Grand Slam comes in : chocolate, cookies & cream, banana, and vanilla! Very smooth and easy; and well worth the money!  Best of all to you. Welcome soon the the loser's bench.
