Now I did it

I was not paying attention, reading while I was eating.  Ate my egg beaters too fast (I'm on pureered)...and I feel like I'm going to have a heart attack.  Jeesh, this is horrible.  If I wasn't so afraid, I stick my finger down my throat.  I hope this feeling goes away fast. Do you think I'm ok? P

Sometimes when you eat too fast you do feel like that........ if you can't bring it up then you have to breathe and let it go away on its own.  laying on your side in a fetal position helps me. if the pain doesnt go away in a few hours, i'd call the doc. pain is something we don't mess with anymore. sw
