As of  the 25 it was 6 weeks from surgery down [50 lbs], I'm doing great I've had very few problems the hardest was to eat slowly and little bits. As we all have learned you get sick and it comes up faster then the food when down lesson well leard and I have become a quick learner. My wife and I just return from two weeks of taken care of our 3 grandchildren 18,16 and11 in Washington DC so we did lotts of walking and play golf, swimming and the kids took good care of us and ensured we play hard enjoy our stay, as thier mom and dad where gone for the two weeks. The support of family and friends is the most important thing we have in this change of our life I'm very lucky to have the both and the supoort of this web site to answer questions nad to get the low down fro the people that have been the walk so they can do the talk. Thanks to all

Congratulations on the 50 pounds!  How wonderful for you! It sounds like you had a great trip to DC and fun playing with the grand kiddies.  They will definitely keep you running, won't they? Keep up the good work! Pam

Congratulations, keep up the great work. I bet you had a blast with the grandchildren. I have my 2 nephews, 1 1/2 and 3 1/2 spending the night. We hope to find something fun to do today. Looks like rain. Have a good one. Lynn

Good for you!  Congratulations on your success!  It makes a world of difference playing with the grandchildren, doesn't it?....having not as much weight on to bogg us down?!  MUCH better.  Glad you enjoyed DC.  I'm anxious to go back to visit...there is so much to see!

Hugs, Theresa
