August 7th is a great day...It is my birthday....lol.....Well sounds like you are doing great with the whole fasting thing. Can you do frozen things, like slushy's. Well good luck and great start....

What kind of fast are you doing?  Does it have to be clear liquid?  If not, I would go to foodnetwork.com and look for some soup recipies.  Make them and then put them in the blender until smooth.   For a treat, 7-11 sometimes has Crystal Lite slurpees, or make your own.    I also froze sf pudding in little dixie cups with a stick in them.  Can you have pudding? This recipe is good because you can use any flavor. 4 oz Jell-O  Sugar-Free Lime * 1/2 cup ho****er * 1 cup water * 1/4 cup fat-free skim milk * 1 cup ice cube

1. In a blender, pour ho****er. 2. Sprinkle Lime Jell-O over water and blend on high speed 20 seconds until very frothy and well mixed. 3. Add 1 cup water, 1/4 cup skim milk and a cup of ice cubes. Blend on high speed for 30 seconds until very frothy. 4. Add more ice cubes if desired or serve over ice cubes It might get frustrating, but you are on your way!!

You will do just fine!  I was nervous too, and everything is okay here.  SF popsicles, SF jello, SF pudding and SF Crystal Light along with the soups and broth is what I did.  If you have a Wal-Mart near, they sell their brand of Crystal Light for only $1.86...at least here they do.  Same yummy flavors.  I hope this helps.  I will be thinking of you on Aug 7th.
