Normal???

I am now at a normal BMI for the first time! I am down 178 lbs. Weighing 159. It is so wonderful, I feel great. Went shopping for new clothes for the first time in a long time. I think I have stabilized, so felt pretty safe doing that. teri

Isn't that a great feeling!   I have now gone from Super Morbidly Obese to just Morbidly Obese and I think that is wonderful!     I noticed that you started out weighing just about where I was and I want to get down to 150 myself.  It is so good to see that it can be done!  Thank you!

WTG Teri!!!  You should be very proud of all you have accomplished.  Congrats on making it to a normal BMI... I hope to be there myself someday soon... Hope you had fun shopping for new clothes, I know I do... LOL...

Thanks for the encouragement. It has been a great year, now the long haul, have to stay on track and keep where I am. You all keep up the great work, it will come and you will continue to be amazed with the process. Teri
