Tomorr'ws the day

I have to be at Dr. Leppink's office at 6:30 for a 7:30 a.m. surgery.  We're spending the night in Grand Rapids so we don't have a long drive in the morning.  The Center pays for the stay tomorrow night so I'll be close by a hospital and the Dr. just in case but we don't expect any problems.  I have my scarf and hat but didn't brink the old timey sunglasses like the movie stars used to have.  I'll let you all know how it went sometime tomorrow.

Good Luck with your surgery..I will be sending positive thoughts to you and all others having surgery.

Shirley, it was great seeing you again.  I'm glad you enjoyed the picnic.   I was out of surgery by 11:30 and at the motel by 1:30.  I'm doing good except I went to sleep and didn't take the pain meds so I'm in a bit of pain now and have to wait another hour for the meds.  I keep my head draped with ice packs every 20 minutes but it's not too bad.  So far, so good.
