Sinful Confessions
OK - I'll start the confessions..... I have not exercised in over a year now!!!! I was walking 5 miles per day and then when I had my hernia repair/TT I stopped and have never been faithful at starting up again.
I do watch my weight very carefully though, and at any slight increase above my normal water weight I stop and re-evaluate what I'm eatting and make adjustments as needed.
I NEED to exercise..... I'm just plain LAZY!!!!!
That's my confession today.

Okay, I am happy to say I take my vitamins twice daily as directed and YES, I exercise 5 days a week. on M-W-F I swim laps 1000 yards plus leg exercise to loosen up. Then on Tu & Th I ride the bike 2 miles which takes me about 17 min then I lift weights about 8500lbs and I just started using the glider which give a really good upper and lower body workout. The last time I used it I did 8 min. and 1/4 mile, not much I know but I'm working on it.
