New insurance again..UGH!

HELP!  It's once again time for me to pick new insurance.... YAY NEW JOB! Ok so my choices are: Health Plus of Michigan  HMO The Principal  (PPOM) PPO Im 18 months post-op so far with no complications, but I'm ready for my Tummy Tuck.  has anyone had any lucky with either of these two groups APPROVING a TT.
