Dora, I've given up the Tylenol Simply Sleep, tried melatonin.  I'm sleeping like a baby all night!!  And not  even groggy when I wake up. Marie

I use melatonin for my 3 year old.  When he gets out of his normal sleep pattern, it helps get him back into it.  I cru**** up and put it in some milk.   My dr recommended it.

Can you get melatonin over the counter or is it a script?  I have a hard time sometimes getting to sleep as well.  Thanks!  Theresa

It's over the counter.  I bought it at Meijers.  $7.99 for 60 pills, got the 5 mg pills.

Glad it's working for you also.   It sure beats drugs; if you don't have to have them. See you soon.

Do you take the melatonin every night or just when you need it? My son has ADHD and has trouble sleeping because of the meds. I am going to talk to his doctor about this. Thanks, Lynn

I take it every night.  I've tried going without anything, but sleep just doesn't happen.  Very frustrating.  The doctor gave me Ambien.  Well, I had an incident where I sat in my living room, had a detailed phone conversation with someone about 1/2 hour after I took that pill, and I have absolutely no recollection of it.  I'm sticking with melatonin.
