Newbie here

Hello all. I hope this is the appropriate way to introduce myself. I'm Amy, had my bypass on 7/20 at Beaumont, by Dr Krause , came home yesterday. It's so nice to have found this forum b/c, I've so many questions and many have been addressed here already. I see that many of you have included a picture of yourself, you are brave, I can't think about taking a picture of myself just yet. Not feeling too great today. I have my own theroy on why but I could be way off. Anyway, I look forward to being a part of this journey with all of you.

welcome Amy, you will feel good so enough. my friend had dr. krase and is doing very well.  i haven't posted a picture yet either. Actually it has little to do with my weight.  I just be too lazy to get the camera out and download a picture.  Do you live close to the Hospital?  i'm looking for a workout partner.

Hi Aimee! You have found a gold mine here at OH.  Great stuff here. Don't feel bad about not posting a picture.  It took me many months after surgery to feel good enough about myself to post a picture.  You will get there when you feel comfortable.  Just remember, we were all where you are at some point. Hi Amy, Welcome to the board.  It is amazing here.  Sooooo many intelligent and helpful people here to help.  I am hoping to meet Dr Krause in August, right now I am going through all the Beaumont pre-consult stuff (as I am sure you are aware).
