This is so dumb, but I don't want to goof this up.  I should only be eating about 1/4 to a 1/2 cup of food at each meal correct?  That's what I've been doing.  I'm on puree.  Now is that forever????? I just want to be sure I don't stretch my pouch.  That amount of food fills me up. Thanks for all your patience

The only dumb questions are the ones not asked! That amount of food should not stretch your pouch and if 1/4 to 1/2 cup of food is what your Nut/Surgeon says is Ok then you are good to go.   I was only allowed 1/4 cup plus 1 teaspoon until I was 3 months out.  Now I  can have 1/2 cup plus 1/8 but that is almost too much for me yet. But you should follow your Nuts directions cause every one of them seem to be a bit different. Good Luck

No you question is not dumb... Eat no more than 1/2 cup at a time if that is what your surgeon or NUT told you.....No it is not forever later on you will be able to eat a little more. But I am 3 1/2 months out and I can not eat more than 3/4 of a cup and that is pushing it... Feel free to ask any other questions....People here will help and answer and no one thinks anything of it....Because we all have been in your shoes..

Thats what I did and Dr Krause also did my surgery.  U should be going to a dietician threw his program either Northpointe or the Weight Loss Clinic in Try. U should go, u paid for it.  I am 4 years post -op and I still eat that way. Best of luck                           Robin
