I have a very bad toothache in my very back tooth and my dentist is gone til monday.   I have tylenol 3's but can't use them at work.    I know i could go to a different dentist, but the one i have does it for what my insurance pays and doesn't charge me.  I can't afford it.   So any advice? Linda

How about ora gel? I saw in a movie once how a fella cure it. He was on a desert island in the pacific ocean. He had a tooth ache when he was leaving helen hunt at the airport and the plane crashed. He had a skate and a rock and he used them to knock the tooth out. It worked in the movie but he grew a beard and got real skinny and talked to a ball. kp

i saw a movie once too.  omar sharrif was torturing dustin hoffman by drilling his teeth, then he'd put clove oil on it and it would instantly get rid of the pain.  they sell it with the tooth products at walgreens. "is it safe yet."

Seriously, You know they sell gel at the drugstore that numbs the area.  I don't know the name, but I am sure if you asked the druggist he could direct you to the aisle. How about a good shot of Canadian Club?????
