Mine was May, but a year ago. I keep doing things (some as simple as bending over to pick up stuff on the floor) and realizing how much easier it is now than last year. Not to mention being able to get on a bicycle and pedal my asp around the neighborhood.

My surgery was May 15, this year i have lost 68 pounds thus far i was walking about 4 miles a day but my doc said to back off a lil bit cuz my legs were so sore he thought a 5 lb weight loss a week is awesome, I eat almost anything now, but i think onions dont luv me no more, and cauliflower gives me major rib problems lol but i can deal with that, now yesterday i went to a restaurant with my sister and her kids and got a sampler plate that was a MISTAKE too much too SOON wont be making that mistake again for a LOOOOONNNNGGGGG TIme! other than that all is good in this neighborhood oh yeah the doc said walking 15 mins one way and 15 mins back is sufficient for now hes a real stickler and dont want nobody hurting themselves.............God bless ya my sis in weight loss, oh one more thing i stand 6 foot tall and have been told many many times that i will lose rapid fire because of it, hugz sweetie enjoy the new life weve begun!!!!! feel free to PM me if you need a lil support i get on here when i can.

Wow....you two are doing awesome....I am not losing as fast...
I did have some issues with my thyroid, like NOT working at all....so hopefully it will pick up when things are straightened around. I average about 3 pounds per month. Not shabby.....wi**** was a bit more....but hey I will take it!! And doing things I haven't done in years!!! Like going to the gym 3 days a week.....maybe picking up 1 more day will help with that. I did losr 8 inches in a month and 2% of my body fat..in just that 1 month of working out.
