My favorite was making flat breat pizza.  I used turkey pepperoni and some deli ham and some fat free cheese.  If your pouch could hold it, the whole thing is only about 150 calories and very low fat but very high in protein.  I can do one every now and then but usually end up eating half.

Ok Ann, this is like the 20th time I've read about this turkey pepperoni!  Where an the heck is it available because I sure can't find it around here in Gods Country!  (aka: in da'sticks) I thought perhaps while I'm back in Grand Rapids/Big Rapids I might go find me some.  (It should be freezable, right?) Hmmm, wonder where I'll find the flat bread...?  Any hints on what brand(s) I should look for? Thanks! P.S.  Crystal, I'm with you on the "mushy" especially any so called white bread...I've always been a whole/multi grains kind'a gal.

I get mine at Walmart.  It's in a package along with the regular pepperoni.  I guess it would be near the refrigerated cheese spot.  If you find the regular pepperoni, the turkey should be right next to it.  It's by Hormel.

Just incase you'd like to know, I've seen in a magazine that Johnsonville now makes a Turkey Brat.  I don't know about the rest of you but I love Brats and now with that flat bread with 9grms of protein and some onion and peppers, it will be like a party in my mouth.  Can't wait to find it in the grocery stores. And Turkey pepperoni, wow, another party!

Whole wheat pitas are pretty good, I do it with tuna or I make a crab salad to put on them.  They are a good source of protien especially with the tuna or crab salad.  I know how it is my  wife and I never read a label until I started this, now we read every one. Alan
