3 month post op update

I am definitely in the Pink today!!! LOL So I am at 196 and WOW... so hard to believe the scale but after getting on and off  few times its real.. LOL SO on Wednesday I went to Michigan with a friend as it is a 5 hour drive from Toronto, We shopped on Wednesday I bought Bra's I have gone from a 42-44 to a 34-36 same cup size though!  I had to buy new undies too because the old ones are too big as well... so Mediums and Smalls.. and a couple of Larges. I was able to buy an outfit from Victoria's secret I asked the sales woman what size she thought I needed for the pants and she said Medium I am like no no I think Large and she is like try on the medium and she was right... I freaked out. So Saw Dr Kam and he was happy everything was going really well with me I am on track with everything and now I can take adult vitamins with iron even though my iron is ok he says its good to take it, because with this surgery our iron levels do dip. SO I bought Centrum and I will try those. By blood tests were perfect so no longer Diabetic anymore!!I am so dancing right now  LOL. Mary said I am doing excellent asked about my daily food I gave her a typical day and she was really proud of me. I only have to go back now in April and then in April every year.. for 3-5 yrs. is what they would like, Not sure if I can do it for 5 years but for sure for the next 2-3 I can committ. Woohooo you go girl.....I am so happy for you and wow on the new clothes.....I can't wait to shop outside my closet.....lol.....Keep up the great work......and when you sched your April appt. we need to do it on the same day....lol......

Elisa that is awsome ..you are doing so good ! I just want to thank you for all the help you have given me on the way things are getting a lot better now . I am 9 weeks today and need to update my ticker ..lol lost another couple pounds . hugs Sherry ..I cant wait to go shopping to !!

Hey Sherry I do eat 5 times a day. I am finding if I skip a meal or a snack I get really really hungry and I don't feel great. So I stick tyo Breakie snack lunch snack dinner and sometime a snack at nite... Ciao
