They claim that there was not enough documentation for the treatment of the skin rash. So I started going to the dermatologist and have been going for 6 months. She is an awesome dermatologist so if you need a referral just let me know.  I have Empire BCBS of NY. The company sucks all the way around. We have other issues with them and our coverage. They say one thing and we get bills for another. LOL Suzanne
