Well it was resubmitted...

Well after a 7 month wait Hendrick's office resubmitted my paperwork for my TT. I hope that it gets approved, I am trying really hard not to get my hopes up. I never thought that I would say this but it sucks not having a hernia.  I will post when I heard either way.

Suzanne, I am a perfect example of how persistance pays off.  i was initially denied my tummy tuck, several times but I continued to appeal and fight, and I am now 2 weeks post op tummy tuck.  Keep fighting, it is so worth it.  If you need any letter samples, let me know.  The one thing I learned in my battle is that YOU need to be very involved in your approval, and not leave it entirely up to the surgeon's office.  Good Luck.  I will keep my fingers crossed for you.   Carol

That is great that you are doing so well. I have done alot of work on this stuff since the beginning. I am hoping that persistance pays off in my case too. I will keep going back every few months if they keep denying. They will get tired of my name. LOL

OT, and sorry to jump on your post.... But us girls need to plan a night out soon!  I know Shannon and Suz live a million miles apart, and I'm in the middle of both of you and Carey is in the frozen tundra of Canada......but maybe we can find somewhere to go and hang out and gossip for awhile!
