Oh and BTW. I am in my 30's.. I am 36... I had my son when I was just 18... I don't feel old enough to have a son in boot camp though and he is just about ready to propose to his girlfriend as well.... where have the years gone.... at least I am getting my youth back now with the weight loss... wooo hooo....

I hope the next 40 pounds starts to come off soon.. I have been stuck for a while now and I am trying to jump start things again and get back on track... I have gotten too comfortable and with the kids home from school for the summer I have found that I am grazing a bit more... so I put a stop to all that the other day, and I hope the scale starts moving again soon.... I know I can take the 40 pounds off, it is just a matter of doing it now.... Thanks again...
