Going back to work & need meal planning help, please
I have found a couple things I really like. Blue Bunny Sweet Freedom Smoothies String cheese 2% chedder cheese (1 oz individually wrapped)
Lunchable JR - Turkey, motz cheese & ritz bitz Weigh****chers Chicken Quesidillas ( sold 2 in a box, 1 is more than enough for lunch) Baby Bell cheese rounds Laughing cow cheese wedges Wheatsworth crackers Campbells soup at hand I have started adding fresh fruits in, still on soft stage veggies.

I ate cottage cheese and fruit alot, chicken and tuna salad with whole wheat crackers, chili and soups
I tried all the frozen meals and found everything had a red sauce, pasta or rice. Can't a handle any of that stuff anymore.
I am 4 years post op and still eat the same way, Best of luck
