Howdy Folks: Just wanted to share... Today is my 14 month anniversary and at last...my BMI is NORMAL!!!! Granted, only by the hair on my chinny *****hin...but normal nonetheless! 11 more pounds to goal! Happy Day!!!! Maria W. 255/145/134
