Too much weight loss
I know this is not a common problem however it's a problem that I'm having. I 20 months out. I started at 291 and as of today I'm 139. I am 5'9 wearing a loose size 6. This month, I've lost 6 pounds and I can't figure out why? Should I eat more ( I'm trying), maybe incorporate shakes back into my diet? Any advice would help. Thanks.
You should have a talk with your Nut. If you want to stop losing weight many Nuts have you add in extra carbs (complex carbs though). I'd also keep track of how much your eatting (calories, protein, carbs, fat) For me, the Nut said that I needed 1500 calories per day to maintain, 80 g protein (I'm almost always low protein on my labs), and 100 g carbs. ( I don't monitor my fat, but some ppl do).
See what you're taking in and then talk with your Nut.
Hugs,
Laurie
I had the same problem. I added cabs cals. More cals than you burn equals storage. Tread lightly though. I ate some things that had me going over left and right. Add another protein bar or shake to your day and see what that does. Eat a banana or an apple. Neither of those can hurt. And there's always Jay's suggestion. Stir the bubbles out though.
