SUPER FRUSTRATED
thx again guys and kp good idea i'm smilin again, i had about 5 spoonfuls of wendys chili blended and later i steamed some califlower and mashed the heck out of it with a little milk and spray of butter, and i haven't warmed the pot all afternoon ha ha !!!
every thing staed put for awile so far, i just hope i don't get constipated

Rebecca, i know you're frustrated, but just hang in there. I practically lived on cottage cheese except for a few things. I made some spagetti sauce using ground turkey and melted mozzarella cheese on it and ate that......or, i used ground chicken and made taco meat, added some refried beans, cheddar and salsa. I still eat this . just stay focused on protein rich foods and you'll do great. I never really pureed, i just smashed it with a fork .
