As far as pureed food recipes, might try checking with your Nutritionist. I did some baby foods when I was post op, (the veggies) and then had chicken pureed with salsa, wendy's chili in the blender-though it looks disgusting- it was palatable, cream soups (watch the fat and sodium) and also I did some berries and sf ice cream (soy) in the blender with protein powder. Kind of make them up as you go, but I'm sure plenty of people here might have suggestions on what they did. As for post pureed to soft to regular food recipes? I found that www.bariatriceating.com (from oh.com) came in real handy. Also a splenda cookbook might give you some ideas for SF items. Is there something specific you are looking for or simply pureed idea recipes? Might want to hit www.google.com OR www.ask.com and type in PUREED RECIPES. Good Luck!!! Stacey W

I did about the same thing as Stacy for the pureed foods. I tried baby food once and couldn't stomach it. Some of the things I had were Wendy's chili (pureed), hummus, mashed potatoes, Asparagus (pureed), creamed soup. I found that one can of creamed soup lasted about 3 days. I also did fruit smoothies - I froze melon balls and berries, then put them in the blender with ISOPURE Zero carb (grape frost or orange), a tablespoon of cool whip, and 3 ice cubes. That lasted through the day. Hope this helps Jeanne
