What Iron do you kids take?

This is funny cause I just had to start taking iron recently. My levels have been on the very low side of normal for awhile and the doc put me on a prescription tab. It is called chromagen forte, it has the most iron in it per prescription next to infusions. Have you had your levels drawn though? You shouldn't add iron unless you need it or you will have to make yourself dump all the time on purpose just to be able to go!! LOL!

I still take my 2 Flintstones with Iron every day.The B12's twice a week really boosts my energy level.
