Aquasize works!!

I started Aquasize a week ago and I've lost 6.5 pounds in one week!!! This is just wonderful! I had to share! Stacey B

Through Woodhaven's Parks and Recs. It's $45 for the class and it's on Mondays and Wednesdays. They have 2 different times 5:30 to 6:30 or 6:30 to 7:30. It's in the evenings at Patrick Henry Middle School on Hall Road. It's all women and it's wonderful. I don't feel like I have overworked myself at all! I weighed myself today and I'm down another 2. That's 8.5 pounds in less than 2 weeks. It's so wonderful. Stacey B
