All went well!
A big thank you to all of you who thought of me today and had prayers for me during my hernia surgery! I always say there are no better friends than the ones I have on this site! You guys are always there for me and I appreciate it! It went very well and was a small hernia, but I understand those can sometimes cause the most trouble pinching off things. Small incision, but he did put a little mesh in as well to reinforce it. I'm pretty sore, but to be expected. Nothing like the tummy tuck!
I tell ya, it's sure like a revolving door in that out-patient area at Henry Ford! Lots of people in and out. I had to be there at 5:30am, surgery at 7:30am, and I was on my way home by 11am! But even though it was fast, I felt very confident in the Dr. and the team.
Again, thank you for thinking of me, especially Tami, Annette, Carey, Lizzie, and all the rest! I'm glad to be home, safe and sound!

Hi I am glad all went well. I am sorry you had to drive in that nasty weather though! Try to rest you will heal sooner. Take care of yourself.
When do you go to MMPC? I am so curious on it. I am hoping I can find a place closer. Because I scar well, I probably will have to have it done 2-3 times and GR is a Looong haul....LOL
