Biotin Question
I asked my pharamcist.
She said "Biotin is water soluble, so whatever your body doesn't absorb, it flushes out". I was taking 5000 mcg per day.
Then, I got 2 kidney stones. Biotin has a warning label on it "DO NOT TAKE THIS PRODUCT IF YOU HAVE HAD KIDNEY STONES".
That ended it for me. Now what helps and has made a HUGE difference, is monitoring my protein and hitting 90 gms per day. And on top of that, I am making darn sure I eat right daily. I used Finesse for a while, it contains soy proteins and supposedly helps hair from falling out, and Sauve has a product similar but twice as cheap that does the same and I notice a huge difference.
If really curious, ask your pharmacist. They know.
